"The Lost Boys" is a 1987 American horror-comedy film directed by Joel Schumacher. The film follows the story of two brothers, Michael (played by Jason Patric) and Sam (played by Corey Haim), who move to a small California town with their mother (played by Dianne Wiest). They soon discover that the town is infested with vampires, led by the charismatic David (played by Kiefer Sutherland).

As Michael becomes more deeply involved with the vampires, Sam and his new friend Edgar (played by Corey Feldman) try to save him from their clutches. The film also features a memorable performance by Alex Winter as a wild-eyed vampire henchman.
