Kurt Cobain was an American musician, singer, and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the iconic grunge band Nirvana. Born in Aberdeen, Washington in 1967, Cobain showed a passion for music at a young age and began playing the guitar and writing songs in his teenage years.
